1. General Information and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kokww platform and its services. The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The kokww website (kokww.lat) and all its associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on kokww or is using the platform.
• "We" or "kokww" — The organization operating the platform.
• "Services" — Online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots and other gaming services.
• "Balance" — The amount of money held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds received from promotional offers that are withdrawable subject to specific conditions.

These terms are governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms shall be considered final and binding.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on the kokww platform is permitted only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Minors are not allowed to open any account. kokww may request identity documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, truthful and accurate. Registering with false or misleading information will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password or login credentials with any third party.

• Any unauthorized access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported to kokww support immediately.
• No third party may be allowed to use your account.
• You will be fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• Always log out after logging in on a public device or shared network.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the kokww platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — this applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Deposited funds must come only from the user's own verified payment account.
• Deposits made using a third party's payment account are not permitted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally updated instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). A successful withdrawal generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals will be suspended pending verification.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any personal income tax or other tax liability of the member is entirely the member's own responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, an expiry period and game restrictions.
• If the conditions attached to a bonus are not met, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus offers are for personal use — bonuses cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
• kokww reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

kokww has 5 VIP tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback is added directly to the account at regular intervals.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the kokww platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The individual rules of each game's software provider apply.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is completely impartial.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• kokww will not be responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during a game.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using bots or automated software is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kokww platform and any violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating duplicate accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Using bots, scripts or any other automated systems.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game system.
• Colluding with other members to gain a betting advantage.
• Attempting to pass the verification process using a fake identity or forged documents.
• Placing bets on behalf of another member or for a third party.

We strictly follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Suspicious activities may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 kokww's Rights

kokww may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not submitted within the specified time.
• In accordance with directions from law enforcement agencies.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time through kokww support. A valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9. Responsible Gaming

kokww places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• If you feel that you are losing control over your gaming, please notify our support immediately.
• Members can set their own daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits.

12. Right to Change Terms

kokww reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• If you continue to use the platform after the new terms and conditions are published, you will be considered to have automatically accepted the revised terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

kokww does not accept any liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or technical errors on the part of third parties.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.
• Games failing to load or complete due to issues with the user's device or software.
• Services being suspended or restricted for government or legal reasons.
• Force Majeure situations — natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kokww's total liability shall never exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the last 30 days.
